Back From Hiatus (with a new podcast)

Running Retro Pro Wrestling has always been a labor of love, but sometimes, I just have to take a step back.

No matter how passionate I am about professional wrestling, taking even six or seven hours a week to run a wrestling blog isn't always possible when you've got work and family commitments. This year was particularly tough, with so much going on that I didn't have the time to watch any wrestling at all, let alone right about it.

Still, the time away has done me some good, and now I'm back to this little website with renewed focus, renewed passion, and a renewed love of old-school wrestling.

I've already got two new reviews in the works, No Mercy 2004 and the fourth episode of UWF Fury Hour, but until I get those live, I want to tell you about something new:

The Retro Pro Wrestling Show

For almost as long as I've been running this website, I've wanted to branch out and do some kind of podcast or video series.

Now, the time is finally right to launch The Retro Pro Wrestling Show.

Episode 1 drops tomorrow with a look back WWE No Way Out 2004

That's the one featuring Eddie Guerrero vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE title with a special appearance by Bill Goldberg.

The best place to catch it is on the new Retro Pro Wrestling Substack, though I'll also be sharing it on:

And, of course, right here on RetroProWrestling.com.

Thanks, and See You Soon

For those of you who've been coming to this website for a long time or following Retro Pro Wrestling on social media, let me finish by saying thank you for your support.

A labor of love it might be, though it's certainly easier to keep going when you know that at least a handful people enjoy what you do.
